These Terms describe the general rules for ordering website development, migration, support and related digital services from NOREMO Digital Studio.

2. Services

The provider may deliver website development, redesign, migration from website builders, technical support, integrations, analytics setup, catalogue tasks and related digital work.

The exact scope, timeline, price and deliverables are agreed before work starts through a brief, written message, invoice, order page or another confirmed communication channel.

3. Ordering and Payment

Work starts after the scope is confirmed and the required prepayment or full payment is received, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

For catalogue services, the selected service card, order form and payment confirmation define the initial scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client provides accurate project information, content, access credentials, domain details and approvals required to complete the work.

Delays in providing access, materials or approvals may shift the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions and Acceptance

The number and type of revisions are defined by the selected package or agreed scope. Work is considered accepted when the client confirms completion or starts using the delivered result in production.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered project materials for their business purposes, except for third-party tools, libraries, fonts, stock assets and services governed by their own licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not responsible for third-party outages, hosting providers, payment systems, domain registrars, external APIs, advertising platforms or changes made by third parties without the provider's involvement.
